5. Course Access and Lifetime Enrollment

Upon verified enrollment and approved payment reference, learners receive personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to purchased educational modules. Lifetime access refers to personal learning access for the operational lifespan of the course on VISIONVART's digital learning infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

All platform content—including video lectures, outlines, downloadable templates, proprietary frameworks, text, logos, and audio—is the exclusive intellectual property of VISIONVART and protected under applicable copyright laws. You may not record, scrape, redistribute, republish, or resell course materials without prior explicit written permission.

7. Pricing, Referral Discounts & Payments

Course enrollment fees are displayed in INR and/or USD. Referral discounts are valid only when attributed to a genuine registered member's referral code. All payments submitted via banking UPI or QR must include a legitimate 12-digit transaction reference (UTR) for verification by administration.

8. Termination of Accounts

VISIONVART reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke access for any user found violating intellectual property rights, engaging in credential sharing, submitting fraudulent transaction references, or behaving disruptively in mentorship forums.

1. Digital Educational Products Overview

VISIONVART delivers digital educational curriculum, including on-demand lesson videos, proprietary frameworks, and learning workflows. Upon payment verification, access to copyrighted educational material is unlocked digitally.

2. Eligibility for Refund Requests

We want our students to learn with confidence. You may request a refund under the following verified circumstances:

• Duplicate Transaction: You were inadvertently billed more than once for the same course enrollment due to a banking or gateway error.
• Technical Non-Delivery: You completed verified payment but encountered a technical error that permanently prevented course access, which our support team could not resolve within 72 hours of reporting.
• Satisfaction Review Window: For courses offering an explicit satisfaction review window (e.g., within 48 hours of initial enrollment before significant course completion), requests will be evaluated accordingly.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:

• Requests submitted after the expiration of the satisfaction review period.
• Accounts that have already consumed or downloaded a substantial portion of the curriculum.
• Accounts suspended or terminated due to breaches of our Terms & Conditions (e.g. credential sharing or copyright infringement).
• Failure to check device or browser compatibility before enrollment.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Funds are credited directly back to the original bank account or UPI source utilized during checkout.
